FirstEnergy Corp. announced that a second Request for Proposal (RFP) will be conducted to secure renewable energy credits for customers of its Ohio utilities – Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and The Toledo Edison Company for 2009, 2010, and 2011.
